Cloudflare have implemented a fix for the issue and now believe the incident has been resolved. Our platform metrics show increased traffic from just before 14:40 this afternoon, along with the availability of the portal and other service endpoints.

We will continue to monitor.

Cloudflare have advised that he issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented. At this time they continue to work on restoring application services.

Unfortunately access to the Solarvista Portal (and other API's) are still being intermittently impacted by the Cloudflare outage. We will provide further updates when available.

We've confirmed there is a problem at Cloudflare which is causing widespread 500 (internal server) errors when attempting to access web sites (including the Solarvista Portal). At this time the Solarvista platform (inc. the Portal) has been running as expected for the past 5 minutes. We will continue to monitor and post updates where necessary.

Initial investigations point to the issue being with one of our cloud partners. Cloudflare is aware of, and is currently investigating a global network issue. Further updates will be posted when available.
