We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
The issue appears to have been caused by a provisioning error on a small subset of underlying virtual machines. These machine have been drained and the system functionality should be getting back to normal. We will continue to monitor the situation.
Users may currently be experiencing applications crashes, slow performance and/or connection interrupted messages when using Solarvista X9. We are currently investigating the cause of the issue and have also escalated this to our partners.
