Performance issues/errors


We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.


The root cause was determined to be high CPU utilisation on one of the cluster nodes causing performance degradation and slow message processing. The problem node has been fixed and things are now recovering.


We are currently investigating an issue that may be causing performance problems and/or errors in the portal and a delay in message processing. An update will be provided as soon as possible.
