At this time, we believe that the issues affecting Citrix Cloud have been fully resolved. We will continue to monitor closely.
The Citrix team have identified the issue and are currently working on mitigation to resolve the issue. Further updates will follow as soon as mitigation has been completed.
Citrix are continuing to investigate the issue. Users are unable to login to Citrix Workspace and therefore Solarvista X9. Customers will also be experiencing issue with using the X9 application itself.
At present there is no identifiable work-around. A further update will be provided in the next hour or sooner if there are any further details.
Citrix Cloud is currently experiencing an issue for user in the EU. The issue means that EU users are unable to login to Citrix Workspace to access X9.
Citrix are currently investigating the issue and a further update will be provided in the next 30 minutes.
