We've confirmed there is a problem with the downstream service (Azure Maps).
This appears to be largely affecting usage of the GetRouteDirections method. This method is intermittently returning an error response which in turn is affecting the LIVE services that rely on the Azure Maps service.
We are working with our supplier in order to resolve this as quickly as possible.
The Geo Location service (used by the calendar service, appointments & travel times among other things) is currently experiencing an error attempting to get travel time data from a downstream Microsoft service. This is being investigated and an update will be posted as soon as possible.
