We have released an update that should allow devices using older android o/s version to communicate. Monitoring is ongoing but initial metrics show an increase in traffic to services from these devices.
We have identified some authentication issues related to certain mobile o/s versions. This is being reviewed as a priority and further updates will be provided shortly.
