Recovering

We have begun to see further signs of recovery and service failure rates have decreased considerably. We will continue to monitor and provide further updates where necessary.

Identified

While there was a brief period of recovery, we continue to see intermittent errors and timeouts on a number of services. The issue continues to be worked on by Azure engineering teams and further updates will be posted when available.

We have begun to see signs of recovery beginning around 07:30. Monitoring will continue and updates provided where possible.

We have confirmed the cause of the Solarvista service issues are down to an Azure outage. This is affecting multiple resource types in multiple regions.

Microsoft Azure technical teams are actively working on mitigation of the issue - further updates will be provided when available.

Investigating

We are currently experiencing issues with all application services, this currently appears to be due to an outage in Azure related to certain resource types used by the underlying platform. We will continue to provide updates when possible
