This issue has now been marked as resolved and looks to have occurred between 07:05 UTC and 09:45 UTC today.

Microsoft have determined the network connectivity issue is occurring with devices across the Microsoft Wide Area Network (WAN). This impacts connectivity between clients on the internet to Azure, as well as connectivity between services in datacentres, as well as ExpressRoute connections. The issue is causing impact in waves, peaking approximately every 30 minutes.
A recent WAN update as the likely underlying cause, and Microsoft have taken steps to roll back this update. The latest telemetry shows signs of recovery across multiple regions and services.

This morning we are monitoring an issue with Azure networking that may be affecting some areas of the Solarvista platform. This issue began at approximately 07:05 this morning and at this time appears to be affecting networking in all Azure regions for some users. This may be causing unexpected timeouts and/or longer than expected load times within the application.
