The issue with ADDS has now been resolved and an RCA has been requested from Microsoft. The X9 system should now be accessible via Citrix as normal.
Microsoft are still investigating the cause of this issue - it is currently being worked on by their product team. It has been escalated and we will provide further updates when available.
There is currently an issue preventing access to the X9 system via Citrix. This appears to be caused by an underlying problem preventing authentication requests from being served by AD Domain Services. We have raised this with Microsoft directly and are in active dialog with the support team to get this resolved.
