Between 09:20 and 09:40 this morning there was increased latency for all requests to CosmosDB. This looks to have been caused by a brief degradation in availability of this resource.

This issue would have been visible to some users as slow performance in the Portal and/or errors when submitting/retrieving data.

We apologise for any issue this may have caused.
