Access to X9 now appears to be recovering. The login process may take longer than usual as things begin to settle down. We will continue to monitor the situation.
Ongoing authentication issues with Azure storage are impacting access to X9, users may receive an Unauthorised/Forbidden error response on login (when attempting to download the package files from Azure storage).
Microsoft currently have a deployment in progress to mitigate the impact to Azure Storage.
