At this time, we believe that the issue affecting Citrix Cloud and Virtual apps and desktops services have been fully resolved. Citrix will be undertaking a full RCA into the issue. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Recovering

Citrix Cloud and Virtual Apps and Desktops services are now operating back normally in the EU the region. Citrix engineering continues to monitor the incident closely.

A further update will be provided once we have full resolution in place or by 10:15 AM (BST)
