X9 Services were affected between approximately 13:50 - 14:05 on 29th January 2019 due to a problem with the firewall. Users may have been completely disconnected from Citrix during this time or experienced SQL errors when using X9. This was resolved by rolling back to a previous firewall configuration and rebooting.
